Terms

Year-round or winter seasonal

Year-round rentals run month to month. Keep the space as long as you need it; give notice when you're ready to move out.

Winter seasonal rentals cover October through April at the same monthly rate as year-round. Ideal if you only need somewhere to park your toys between camping and boating seasons. It must be removed by the end of the season (weather permitting).

Payment

Pay monthly with PayPal

After we confirm your space, you'll get a PayPal link to set up an automatic monthly payment. If you're on a phone, you can choose Venmo at checkout — it runs through the same PayPal system.

There is no deposit and no setup fee. A $25 charge applies to any returned or dishonored payment, as noted in the rental agreement.

Insurance is required

You must carry your own insurance on the stored RV, boat or trailer and show a current declarations page when you sign. Property is stored at the owner's risk. Read more →

Straight talk so there are no surprises:
